We’re a small, focused team from a wide range of backgrounds, building practical guardrails that help governments use Generative
AI responsibly.
The pace of change in AI is real, and it’s showing up quickly in public policy: states are actively writing and passing AI regulations. In 2025 alone,
lawmakers across all 50 states introduced more than 1,000 AI-related bills, many of which are becoming law. As a result, agencies and organizations are
being asked to move fast on AI governance, transparency, and risk management. That’s the problem we’re working on.
In October 2025, we raised a $15 million Series A led by Insight Partners. We’re funded, we’re growing, and we’re adding new customers, and larger
customers every week.
What this person actually does
- Own a book of customers after the deal closes: onboarding, adoption, ongoing support, renewals
- Lead customer conversations independently, virtually and onsite
- Work directly with IT leadership at agencies, the stakeholders who own Govern day to day
- Manage a high volume of accounts while keeping quality and relationships high
- Surface risks and opportunities early and handle them proactively (Voice of the Customer)
The kind of person this is
- Very independent, comfortable being the primary owner for customers
- Has real executive presence and confidence in customer conversations, virtual and onsite
- Genuinely adaptable: no two days here look the same, and the plan you made Monday often doesn’t survive to Wednesday
- Comfortable in a technical conversation, and willing to keep learning: you won’t be the engineer, but IT stakeholders need to trust you
- Strong judgment and instincts; knows when to dig in and when to move fast
- Communicates clearly and directly, internally and externally
Background that likely fits
- ~3–5 years in Customer Success, Support, professional services, or an adjacent SaaS role
- Experience managing lots of accounts and projects at once
- Has worked at a smaller or growing company, or wishes they had
- Has held their own with technical stakeholders, and has a habit of upskilling on their own
Who you'll work with
- A Customer Solutions team of three, small enough that everyone owns real scope
- A Customer Solutions Architect as your technical counterpart on the deeper build and integration work
- Our central-region Account Executive, based in Texas, on everything pre- and post-sale
- Our exec team, directly, not through three layers
Where this person is based
- Ideally Texas-based, and open to covering customers across the central region
- Remote day to day, with occasional travel to customers for onsite meetings and workshops
Why this role is worth it
- You’ll have real ownership from day one
- You’ll work directly with leadership and influence how we scale customer experience
- Post-Series A growth: the account base grows every month, and
- your scope grows with it
